Order of Arrangement of Documents from 2013/14 ND1 Full Time Freshers to their School Officers

Fresh ND1 Full Time Students are expected to collect an Office file from their School Officers and arrange these documents in this order then resubmit it to their school officers. This should be done after payment of school fees.

1. Course Registration Form
2. Biodata Form
3. College Admission Letter
4. JAMB Admission Letter
5. Letter of Acceptance 
6. Student Receipt 
7. Acceptance Receipt
8. Payment Advice Slip
9. Student Pre-Registration Attestation Form
10. O'Level Result (Two Copies)
11. JAMB Result Slip
12. Post UTME Result
13. Testimonial
14. Two Reference Letters
15. Birth Certificate / Sworn Affidavit of Age
16. Medical Certificate
17. Ten Passport Photographs
18. One Full Photograph of Oneself
19. One Full Photograph of Parent / Guardian

    pre registration attestation form is the form given to you when you went for screening....while acceptance is the letter meant to be written by you to notify yabatech that you have accepted their admission
